CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. (but may be transferred to rescheduled appointment if rescheduled before 24hrs of appointment time.) Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled 24hrs in advance or 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If a client is more than 10 min late the appointment will be cancelled and client will be charged a no-show fee (50% of service) if cancellation fee isn’t paid, you will be banned from booking until fee is paid.
